These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pacestack website (pacestack.io) and purchase of our products and services. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
Digital Products
We sell digital products including guides, reports, and documentation. These are delivered electronically after purchase.
- Digital products are delivered via email and/or download link
- Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours
- You receive a personal license to use the materials for your own projects
- Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of digital products is prohibited
Setup Services
Our premium report services include a professional analysis of your website for AI agent infrastructure.
- Service delivery begins within 48 hours of purchase
- We will contact you to gather requirements
- Typical completion time is 2-3 business days after requirements are confirmed
- 30-day email support is included from service completion date
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Gumroad. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you make your purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once you receive access to a digital product, we cannot offer refunds as the product has been delivered and cannot be "returned."
However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Setup Services
For setup services:
- Before work begins: Full refund available
- After work begins: Partial refund may be available based on work completed
- After completion: No refund, but we will address any issues covered under our 30-day support
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our products is owned by Pacestack or our licensors. This includes text, graphics, code samples, and documentation.
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it for your personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our products
- Share access credentials with others
- Use our content to create competing products
- Remove copyright notices from our materials
5. Disclaimer
Pacestack is an independent AI agent optimization platform. We are not affiliated with any AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that our security recommendations will prevent all security incidents. Security is a continuous process, and you are responsible for maintaining your own systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacestack and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services or your violation of these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Our setup services may involve configuring third-party services (cloud providers, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for:
- Costs incurred from third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs or services
- Availability or performance of third-party services
9. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on our site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our recommendations, which are based on our genuine assessment of products and services.
